All our products are made-to-order using print-on-demand technology. This means each item is created specifically for you after you place an order. As such: slight variations in color, print alignment, or placement may occur; products are non-returnable except in cases of damage, defect, or printing error, in line with our Refund Policy; please check size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.

3. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is not confirmed until we process payment and send an order confirmation. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and Billing
Prices are shown in your selected currency (where available) and exclude taxes, customs, duties, and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorize us to charge your payment method for your order total, including taxes and fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We work with global print partners (via Gelato) to fulfill your orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, customs clearance, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon shipment.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks on our site are owned by CALOT B.V. or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without written permission.

7. Third-Party Tools and Links
We may provide access to third-party tools or links. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or functionality. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, but all sales and transactions are between you and CALOT B.V.. Shopify is not responsible for any purchase, return, or dispute.
