Made-to-order
All products are printed on demand specifically for you. We don’t keep stock and cannot accept physical returns unless we instruct you to do so. Issues are resolved by replacement or refund after review.
Report a problem (30 days)
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email support@calot.shop within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photos of the item and the packaging (outer box + any inserts)
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, reprint the item at no cost or issue a refund.
Not what you expected / ordered wrong size
Because items are made to order, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for:

Buyer’s remorse

Size/fit issues
-
Color differences due to monitor or device settings
Please check our size guides and product details carefully before ordering.
No return address
Please do not send items back to us or to the sender unless we provide explicit instructions—unapproved returns cannot be processed. Our print partner does not accept returns for fulfilled orders.
Lost or delivery issues
If your order hasn’t arrived after the carrier’s estimated delivery window, contact us. When confirmed lost or undelivered due to carrier error, we will replace the order at no cost to you.
European Union – right of withdrawal
Most of our products are custom-made or personalized at the time of order, which are exempt from the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
If you purchase a non-customized product from us, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. You must return it unused and in its original packaging. You will be refunded the item price plus standard outbound shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we failed to inform you otherwise.
Refund timing
For approved cases, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
