Order Processing
All products are made-to-order using print-on-demand. Once your order is placed, it enters production within 24–48 hours (business days). Production times may vary depending on the product and order volume, but typically range from 2–5 business days.
Shipping Times
After production, your order will be shipped from the nearest available fulfillment location to your delivery address. Estimated shipping times:

Please note: These are estimated times provided by our print partner and carriers. Delivery times may be longer due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order size, and shipping method. Occasionally, promotional free shipping offers may be available—these will be clearly stated on the store and in your order confirmation.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Multiple Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, your order may be fulfilled from different locations, resulting in multiple packages. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to our print partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@calot.shop. We will investigate with our print partner and the carrier. If confirmed lost or undelivered due to carrier error, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
As our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for shipping delays or issues outside our control. For defective or damaged items, please refer to our Refund Policy.
